2025 Invincible 40 Catamaran

The 2025 Invincible 40 is a fiberglass catamaran powered by four Mercury 400 V10 engines totaling 1,600 horsepower with approximately 400 hours of operation. Built with Morrelli & Melvin's hybrid semi-asymmetrical hull design, the boat delivers performance and handling uncommon for a catamaran of this size, paired with a 750-plus nautical mile range and a 12-foot beam that supports its 40-foot length.

Navigation and fish-finding electronics include twin Garmin 9219 multifunction displays at the helm, Garmin GMR Fantom Dome radar, Furuno sounder with 2KW transducer, and Starlink connectivity. The helm features Mercury joystick control, two VHF radios, Sirius weather module, and a night vision camera. Additional systems include dual PowerPole trolling motors, ZipWake trim tabs, and an ACR LED spotlight.

The cabin offers air conditioning at helm and accommodations below. The design emphasizes 360-degree walk-around fishability with a flat transom, above and below-deck livewells, and a dive door. Storage includes a built-in anchor locker and extensive under-deck compartments. The hull uses 100 percent vinylester resin with vacuum-bagged cored construction, four automatic 2,000 GPH bilge pumps, 316 stainless-steel hardware, and a sealed battery system with waterproof switches and circuit protection throughout.

Audio and entertainment include a Fusion head unit with JL Audio speakers integrated throughout the boat.
