2025 Key West 179 FS

The 2025 Key West 179 FS is a 17.75-foot center console built on a fiberglass hull and powered by a single Yamaha F115XB outboard. Designed for both fishing and cruising, the boat combines practical features typically found in larger models into a compact package that can fit a residential garage and be towed by most modern SUVs. The hull incorporates a foam-injected fiberglass stringer system with molded non-skid liner, and carries a 10-year hull warranty backed by no-wood construction.

The layout centers on a large bow casting deck with storage box and molded anchor locker complete with anchor. A single-leg leaning post with backrest and folddown footrest anchors the helm, while the console features a spacious face for electronics, footrest storage, and a stainless steel steering wheel. Molded-in rod racks line the gunwales, and an aerated live well supports fishing. The rear deck includes a folding bench seat, pop-up fender holders, and a molded swim platform with ladder.

This example arrives with numerous factory upgrades: a Garmin Echomap 743XS GPS/FF with transducer, Yamaha Analog Pre-Rig with CommandLink gauges, Fusion audio system with four speakers, and blue LED interior and RGB underwater light packages.
