2025 Key West 189 FS

The 2025 Key West 189 FS is an 18-foot center console powered by a single 140 hp Suzuki outboard. The boat combines practical fishing capability with family-friendly features in a compact, trailerable design. A Garmin GT12M thru-hull transducer provides sonar functionality, while an aluminum bimini top with black boot supplies shade and weather protection on deck.

The console layout includes floor helm and dash pads for operator comfort during extended time at the helm. The bow features a cushion package that converts the space into a lounging area. A high-pressure washdown system keeps the deck clean, and four pop-up fender holders manage docking hardware. Four pop-up fender holders simplify line handling and storage when securing the boat at dock.

Audio is handled by a Clarion stereo system with two interior and two exterior speakers. The 189 FS suits inshore fishing, coastal cruising, and shallow-water exploration.
