The 2025 Key West 263 FS is a 26-foot sportfish with twin Yamaha F250 XSA2 engines and a fuel capacity of 175 gallons. The boat features full digital engine control, electric steering, and a Yamaha CL5 gauge cluster. Navigation and communication systems include twin Garmin 8612 chartplotters and a Garmin VHF radio.

The helm area is equipped with an upgraded Apollo stereo system, wireless phone charger, and comprehensive LED lighting throughout the interior, including seven-color underwater accent lights.
