2025 Key West 263 FS

The 2025 Key West 263 FS is a 26-foot center console powered by twin Yamaha 200-horsepower four-stroke outboards. Built on a fiberglass hull with a 21-degree deep-V deadrise, the boat carries a fuel capacity of 175 gallons and accommodates more than 10 passengers. The design balances offshore capability with family comfort, supported by a beam of 9.25 feet and dry weight around 4,600 pounds.

The helm features a glass bridge with dual Garmin 8612 GPS and fishfinder displays integrated with Yamaha digital controls. A fiberglass hard top with powder-coated frame and integrated lighting shelters the command station, which includes a deluxe captain's seat with flip-up bolsters and armrests. Forward lounge seating with backrests and fold-away rear bench seating complete the layout.

Fishing-focused equipment includes dual livewells, raw and fresh water washdowns, and large insulated fish boxes with ample rod storage. Trim tabs with indicators and stainless steel hardware are standard. An electric flush head with holding tank provides onboard facilities. The boat is outfitted with a JL Audio premium sound system with Bluetooth, LED lighting throughout—including underwater and spreader lights—and courtesy lighting. This is a new model with full factory warranty coverage from both Yamaha and Key West.
