The 2025 NauticStar 194 Bay is an 18.67-foot fiberglass bay boat built for shallow-water fishing. Twin 140-horsepower Suzuki four-stroke outboards power the boat, which drafts less than a foot of water. The wide beam of 7.75 feet combines with a spacious, open fishing deck to deliver stability and room for serious angling.
The layout centers on fishing functionality. The boat includes a bow insulated fish box, a 27-gallon aft livewell with recirculating kit and high-speed aerator, and dual rod boxes capable of holding ten rods. Two stainless steel gunnel rod holders on each side provide additional rigging options. A leaning post offers an elevated fishing platform, while aft jump seats with locking hinges and storage flank the engine compartment. Tackle storage is integrated under the starboard jump seat.
Comfort and convenience features include a bimini with black canvas, khaki and beach sand quilted upholstery, a swim platform, and a Fusion Bluetooth radio. The boat carries six stainless steel drink holders, a five-spoke stainless steel wheel with power knob, and a trolling motor harness. All gunnel hardware and fittings are stainless steel. White powder-coating protects the hull, which comes in storm hull color with a white logo package. An aluminum trailer with magic tilt is available.
