The 2025 NauticStar 214 Shallow Bay is a 21-foot center console built for both freshwater and saltwater fishing. Powered by a Suzuki Digital 175hp engine, it features a 98-inch beam that delivers stability on the water while maintaining a narrow profile for tight access to shallow spots and easy garage storage. The hull is constructed from fiberglass with a vinyl ester barrier coat, wood-free stringers, and shallow water tunnel design for shallow-draft performance.
The boat comes equipped with dual aerated livewells, two insulated fish boxes, and comprehensive storage throughout. Rod holders include 20 total across gunnel positions and a dual rod box that holds 10 rods. Additional angling features are a baitwell with recirculating kit, aerator pumps rated at 800 GPH, and a high-speed pickup for the aerator system. Tackle storage is built into the starboard jump seat, with cast net and bucket storage in the port seat.
Comfort and convenience are addressed through three-across jump seats with stainless steel grab rails and storage, a swim platform, quilted upholstery, and six drink holders throughout. The helm includes a removable windscreen, phone holder, and five-spoke stainless steel wheel with power knob. Console storage consists of a Plano box and electrical enclosure. An anti-fatigue pad sits at the helm, while high-pressure washdown and trim tabs with hydraulic jack plate support maintenance and shallow-water operation.
The boat comes with a welded aluminum trailer and features a reverse black hull. Construction details include air assist chine, aft planning pods, and cast stainless steel hardware including rub rail inserts, cleats, and floor drains throughout.
