The NX280 XTREME is a 28-foot sport cruiser powered by twin Mercury 400 hp gasoline engines. Its fiberglass hull combines modern performance design with an open-air atmosphere, anchored by a rigid hardtop and compact cabin layout. The boat carries 87 gallons of fuel and 32 gallons of fresh water, with a loaded weight of 7,500 pounds and a 17-inch draft.

The design balances day-cruising versatility with overnight capability. A semi-cabin incorporates a private head and intelligent interior finishes, while the open deck preserves the freedom of a bowrider. The hardtop and air intake are signature NX styling elements, giving the hull its distinctive profile. Bridge clearance when loaded is 7 feet 8 inches, and the boat accommodates 11 day passengers.

NX's monohull construction fuses the hull, deck, and structural spar into a single laminated fiberglass structure, engineered for stability and strength in varied water conditions. A remote-controlled fire suppression system is integrated in the engine compartment for safety.
