The 2025 Parker 2900 Center Console is a 28-foot fiberglass fishing boat powered by twin Yamaha engines totaling 600 horsepower. The design centers on an open cockpit layout with a fully enclosed center console featuring a lockable door, large electronics flat, and recessed footrest with storage. Joystick control comes standard, paired with hydraulic steering and trim tabs with instant retract and position indicator. A hardtop with four rod rocket launchers and integrated LED spreader lights provides weather protection and fishing station visibility.

The boat is well-equipped for extended fishing trips. A full transom includes a swim platform with ladder, 270-quart fish box, and 40-gallon livewell. Two 200-quart in-floor fish boxes amidships and one 150-quart forward fish box offer ample storage. A 25-gallon insulated livewell in the leaning post doubles as drink cooler and tackle storage. Bow seating with cushions features 90-quart insulated storage boxes, while an aft-facing leaning post and forward lounge seat provide additional seating with dry storage and a rigging table.
