2025 Pathfinder 2700 Open

The 2025 Pathfinder 2700 Open is a 27-foot center console bay boat powered by a single Yamaha XTO450 engine. Built from fiberglass with a double-stepped VARIS hull design, it combines the forward deck space of a traditional bay boat with an open cockpit layout. The boat carries a standard jackplate and is equipped with a fiberglass hard-top featuring integrated rod racks and King Fish holders.

The fishing setup is comprehensive. The boat includes nearly 70 gallons of standard livewell capacity plus three insulated fishboxes totaling over 120 gallons, all fitted with macerator pump-out systems. Rod storage accommodates 18 rods across multiple locations, including under-gunnel racks, helm seat-mounted storage, and dedicated hard-top holders. Additional features include 10-foot Power Pole anchors, raw and fresh water wash-down systems, and a removable fiberglass cooler. Dry storage space is provided throughout for tackle and cast nets.

The helm features a Garmin GPSmap 8616xsv chartplotter with dual transducers, Yamaha Helm Master Ex controls, and digital electric steering. Trim tabs with LED indicators aid handling in varying conditions. An auxiliary fuel tank adds 31 gallons of capacity beyond the standard tank. A pump-out head with deck fitting and port window is installed.

The boat is finished in pure white hull and deck with matte black powder-coated hardware, black hard-top trim, and white cushioning. An AmeraTrail trailer with five-wheel upgrade and spare tire is included.
