The 2025 Phoenix 921 Elite is a 21-foot fiberglass bay boat powered by a single Mercury 250 hp engine. Built for serious shallow-water fishing, it comes equipped with substantial electronics and power management systems designed for extended days on the water.
The boat features dual Lowrance HDS 12 displays on the console, with an additional HDS 12 and Garmin 126 mounted forward. A Lowrance Live Scope LVS34 with DD26 Live Foot provides detailed sonar capability. Power for trolling comes from a Motor Guide trolling motor with remote control, supported by three deep-cycle batteries, while a separate lithium battery powers the electronics and a dedicated cranking battery handles engine start. All batteries connect to a Minn Kota Precision onboard charger system.
Structural and operational features include dual Power Pole anchors with remotes, a hydraulic jack plate for shallow-water performance, foam cockpit flooring, and trick steps. This configuration prioritizes functionality for serious anglers working shallow flats and bay systems.
