The 2025 Pursuit OS 405 Offshore is a 40-foot sportfish powered by triple 450-hp Yamaha XTO outboard engines, capable of reaching 47.79 mph and cruising at 28.24 mph. The boat features a redesigned hull with 20 degrees of deadrise at the transom, aggressive bow entry, and reverse chines for improved handling. A single-piece, optically clear laminated safety glass windshield provides unobstructed visibility from the helm, where twin Stidd seats sit on the bridge deck—the port seat elevated and swiveling 180 degrees for better sightlines.

Below deck, the forward cabin includes an island berth that converts to a lounging position, while the aft cabin offers private access via a door. The galley area features a dinette with facing lounges that converts to a berth. Topside, the foredeck offers integrated convertible lounges with optional sun shade coverage, and the cockpit includes hullside access, two aft-facing seats, and an entertainment center with electric grill.

Performance and control systems come standard with Yamaha Helm Master EX joystick, autopilot, and a 4-hp bow thruster.
