The 2025 Qwest Splash Pad E-Class is a 23-foot-6-inch tri-toon pontoon built on an aluminum hull with an 8-foot-6-inch beam. It accommodates up to 13 people and is designed to handle up to 250 horsepower. The advanced sport hull configuration supports watersports performance while maintaining a stable platform for day cruising.

The open floorplan centers on a convertible rear lounger that can function as social seating or accommodate a grill. The boat features a weathered plank floor with light and medium gray upholstery in graphite with sapphire accents. A large in-floor storage locker runs through the center tube and provides substantial capacity for gear and equipment.

Standard features include a highback captain's seat with recliner and slider, blue LED-lighted cup holders, and blue LED underwater and exterior under-deck lighting. A wireless cellphone charger and USB ports are integrated into the design for convenient power access.
