2025 Ranger Z520

The 2025 Ranger Z520 is a 20-foot center console bay boat powered by a single 250-hp Mercury Marine engine. Built from fiberglass with a pultruded fiberglass transom, this boat combines tournament-grade stability and handling with a modern control architecture designed for reliability and ease of use.

The Z520 is outfitted with a Ranger Umbilical dedicated electronics harness running 6-gauge wiring with 30-amp breaker, push-button solid-state switching, and keyed ignition. This boat includes a Humminbird Helix 12 SI at the console and a Helix 10 SI at the bow, paired with a MinnKota Quest trolling motor rated at 115 pounds on a 52-inch shaft. Additional features include an Atlas Hydraulic jack plate with dual trim switches, a traction pad floor, padded front casting deck, insulated 40-quart step-up cooler, and push-to-close latches on all compartments.

The package is completed with a MercMonitor SmartCraft gauge system, a Ventri/Oxy generator, and a flat boat cover. The hull is finished in Color Fusion Electra Sunburst with a keel protector installed. This configuration delivers the shallow-water capability and stability preferred by professional tournament anglers.
