The 2026 Phoenix 721 ZXL is a 21-foot fiberglass bay boat built for tournament fishing. Powered by a single 250 hp Mercury engine, it combines a proven hull design with a redesigned front deck that measures 4 inches wider than the previous generation. The expanded bow accommodates up to three large electronics displays and houses a three-lid deck layout: two full-sized rod lockers flanking a reconfigured center storage box that accepts a sliding tackle system.
The boat is equipped with substantial fishing infrastructure, including port and starboard independent livewell systems with LED lighting and independent rod storage across the bow with stainless steel buckles and ramps. The front deck is padded for comfort and stability, while the console area features a storage box with cup holders. Seating includes diamond-stitched helm and passenger chairs plus two bike seats with hydraulic poles for positioning during long days on the water.
Electronics integration centers on Lowrance Eagle 7 displays—one flush-mounted in the bow and one at the dual dash shroud—managed through a Phoenix E2 wiring system. Propulsion and control features include a 10-inch adjustable jack plate with hole shot compensation, hydraulic tilt steering with trim control, and auxiliary power outlets. A Minn Kota Fortrex 80 24-volt trolling motor with a 45-inch shaft and 3x10 battery charger support extended fishing sessions. Additional systems include an 1100 GPH automatic bilge pump and LED courtesy lighting throughout the cabin and storage areas.
The included tandem axle trailer features torsion suspension with dual disc brakes, 14-inch velocity wheels with a matching spare, and a choice of tube or channel frame. Stainless steel hardware, a travel cover with anti-pooling support, and a self-latching actuator with forged swing tongue complete the package.
