2025 Ranger Z520

The 2025 Ranger Z520 is a 20.9-foot fiberglass bay boat built for fishing and performance. This single-engine model features a design centered on stability and handling, with a padded front casting deck and pultruded fiberglass transom built to withstand demanding use. The boat is outfitted with modern control systems including push-button solid-state switching, keyed ignition, and a dedicated Ranger Umbilical electronics harness with 6-gauge wiring that routes bow to stern with a 30-amp breaker.

Standard equipment includes a MercMonitor with SmartCraft gauges for engine monitoring, a Minn Kota Fortrex trolling motor, an insulated 40-quart cooler, and push-to-close latches on storage boxes. An optional dual bow graph mount is available for additional sonar flexibility. The boat's 8-foot beam provides a stable platform suited to both running and fishing.

The Z520 is customizable across trolling motor options, electronics packages, and color schemes. Construction takes place at Ranger's facility in Flippin, Arkansas using fiberglass hull and transom materials consistent with the brand's full lineup.
