2025 Ranger Z520

The 2025 Ranger Z520 is a 20-foot fiberglass bay boat powered by a single 250-hp Mercury engine. Built around a wide, stable deck and organized layout, it combines the ride quality and handling Ranger is known for with a platform designed for serious fishing. The boat tracks predictably and runs comfortably in rough water, delivering confidence whether on competitive runs or day trips.

Electronics and rigging are comprehensive. The setup includes a Garmin ECHOMAP Ultra 2 126SV with transducers in the console, a Garmin Force trolling motor, and dual bow-mounted Garmin ECHOMAP units—a 126SV with LiveScope Plus and a 106SV—all on Precision Sonar mounts. Power comes from three IONIC 12V 125Ah lithium batteries for trolling, one IONIC 12V 60Ah lithium for electronics, and an Interstate Group 31 AGM cranking battery, supported by a 4-bank IONIC charger and a 1-bank NOCO charger. A Mercury SmartCraft monitor manages engine data.

The boat is outfitted for fishing and function. A TH Marine ATLAS hydraulic jack plate with gauge, dual 8-foot Power-Pole blades with remote foot switches, and Hot Foot throttle control support precision positioning. Rod buckles, rod straps, lighted compartments, a boarding ladder, and a keel guard round out the working features. A custom cover is included.

The package includes a Ranger tandem-axle trailer with hand parking brake and Mayhem wheels. Two colors are available: Midnight Fox Mist and Sapphire Mist.
