2025 Ranger Z520R

The 2025 Ranger Z520R is a 20.9-foot bay boat built on the company's refined Z Comanche "C" hull design, engineered for responsive hole shots and strong top-end performance. Powered by dual Mercury 250 ProXS engines and equipped with a Minn Kota Quest 36-volt trolling motor, the boat combines serious power with precise shallow-water control. Electronics include dual Lowrance Elite 9 displays at the bow and console, integrated via the Ranger R.I.D.E. touchscreen system that provides unified control of boat and engine functions.

The cockpit centers on heated Cloud 9 air-ride seating with adjustable slides and color-matched fiberglass backs. A push-to-start ignition with integrated key fob simplifies operation, while a wireless phone charger sits in the console and standard lithium batteries serve the electrical system. The front deck features a padded casting area with non-skid traction pad, and rod storage uses a tri-level Echelon system that accommodates rods up to nine feet. Storage compartments are enlarged thanks to reinforced internal stringers, with liners throughout for organization and protection.

Construction employs Ranger's One-Piece Feel Interloc design and features a pultruded fiberglass transom, push-to-close latches, and a color-matched cockpit floor. Equipment includes a four-bank charging system, Tracker lithium trolling batteries, an oxygenator, and Hamby's keelguard. The boat comes with a Ranger tandem trailer fitted with four-wheel disc brakes and a color-matched Ranger cover.
