The 2025 Ranger Z520R is a 20.9-foot bay boat built on a refined fiberglass hull design. Powered by a single Mercury Marine 250 hp engine, it delivers strong acceleration and top-end performance. The Z520R Cup-Equipped package bundles tournament-grade electronics, a Minn Kota trolling motor with 115-pound thrust, and dual transducer mounts designed to keep fish-finding technology stable and readable in rough water.

The cockpit centers on a new console with a 9-inch touchscreen Ranger R.I.D.E. system that controls boat and engine functions. The driver's seat features heated Cloud 9 air-ride suspension on adjustable slides, while color-matched fiberglass seat backs and a color-coordinated cockpit floor define the interior styling. The front deck includes non-skid traction pads for safe foot placement, and padded casting areas support active fishing. Push-to-close latches and integrated push-start ignition with key fob add convenience and security.
