The Real 40 HT Luxury is a 40-foot fiberglass cruiser built on a modern, refined design. Twin Cummins QSM11 diesel engines power the boat, with flexible horsepower options ranging from 540 to 800, allowing customization to suit different performance preferences. At 12.31 meters in length with a beam of 3.70 meters, the yacht accommodates up to 16 passengers and carries 700 liters of fuel and 400 liters of fresh water for extended cruising.

The hull and deck feature custom paint and are constructed using a sandwich compound of high-performance resin and divinycell for strength and durability. The hardtop and structural components are laminated by infusion, enhancing resilience. The engine compartment is thermally and acoustically isolated, fully watertight, and designed to reduce noise and vibration for a quieter ride.

Throughout the boat, attention to detail is evident. Basements are gel-coated for protection, and water drainage is managed through a dedicated manhole system. External filler caps for fuel and water are positioned for convenient access. Stainless steel cleats and PVC trim finish the exterior, while LED floor lighting is integrated throughout. Navigation lights and a complete electrical harness are installed, readying the boat for nighttime operation.
