2025 Regal 28 Express

The 2025 Regal 28 Express is a 28-foot express cruiser built on a fiberglass hull and powered by twin Volvo Penta V8 350 EVC2 engines. The boat combines open cockpit space with a full cabin layout, offering comfortable seating and relaxation areas both topside and below.

The cabin features an alcohol and electric stove, air conditioning, and accommodations with an innerspring mattress. A single head is included. Interior finishes include coastal cabinetry, mosaic countertops, and toasted oak flooring, with titanium upholstery and a snowcap salon sofa. The boat is fitted with a flatscreen television and a stereo performance and lighting package.

Practical features include a bow thruster, anchor windlass with rope and chain, dual 9-inch glass cockpit displays, transom trim switch, and a gas vapor detector. Comfort and entertainment options include a cockpit table in teak, a foredeck sunpad, and underwater blue lighting. The swim platform is fitted with SeaDek, and the cockpit includes a SeaGrass mat, cockpit cover, and full canvas enclosure. A PowerTower and cockpit table round out the equipment.
