2025 Regulator 23

The 2025 Regulator 23 is a fiberglass center console powered by twin 300-horsepower Yamaha engines. Despite being the smallest in the Regulator lineup, this boat delivers serious offshore fishing capability with the brand's distinctive ride quality.

The layout balances fishing and cruising needs. Forward, there is comfortable seating with a convertible table and sunbed. The helm features two seats and console storage, while the transom includes a bench seat and a livewell for baitfish. Large fishboxes and insulated cooler storage throughout the boat support extended fishing trips, with dedicated tackle storage for gear.

The boat includes one head. Additional equipment options are available, including a T-Top with rocket launcher, through-stem anchor windlass, LED light bar, Garmin multifunction display with CHIRP transducer and VHF radio, fiberglass forward sun bed and table, all-weather curtains, and canvas cover package. Color options include a white hull with charcoal and magnesium boot stripe.
