2025 Regulator 28

The 2025 Regulator 28 is a center console fishing boat powered by twin 300-horsepower Yamaha engines. Built with a fiberglass hull featuring Lou Codega's design, the boat delivers the brand's characteristic soft ride through its sharp bow entry and hull shape. The Sea-Keeper Ride trim system provides added stabilization in various sea conditions.

The open layout centers on a tackle-focused cockpit with rod holders built into the seatbacks and room for optional rocket launchers. The helm features upholstered seating for two with individual folding footrests and cup holders, while a transom walkthrough tuna door allows flexible boarding and fishing access. Removable forward seat backrests add versatility to the layout. A T-Top with integrated wraparound windshield provides protection at the helm.

Electronics and technology come standard with the Garmin Offshore Fish Package. This example is equipped with the Garmin 28 Premium Package, which includes dual 16-inch GPSMAP 8616 XSV multi-touch displays, open array radar, VHF 215 AIS radio, and an Airmar B275 transducer with wide-beam 1 kW CHIRP sonar. The Yamaha Joystick with autopilot assists with boat handling.

Additional equipment includes an Edson steering wheel with power knob, 36-amp battery charger with 25-foot cord, inductive cell phone chargers at the helm and console, cockpit freshwater engine flush, and bucket holders with buckets.
