2025 Sea Hunt Ultra 275 SE

The Ultra 275 SE is a 27-foot center console built equally for fishing and entertaining. Twin Yamaha 200 HP outboards power the boat, with two livewells, a tackle center, and rod holders positioned throughout the deck. The Yamaha Helm Master joystick suite includes three position-control modes—FishPoint for station-holding with free bow rotation, StayPoint for locked position and heading, and DriftPoint for heading-maintained drifting. The same joystick simplifies docking by combining throttle, shift, and steering into single inputs, helpful in challenging conditions.

Accommodations center on the open deck layout with U-shaped bow seating, a mezzanine lounge, and a powered bow table. JL Audio speakers are installed throughout. The fiberglass hull measures 9.75 feet at the beam and tops out at 40 knots, with a cruising speed of 25 knots.

The boat has 24 hours on the Twin Yamaha F200 engines and has been freshwater flushed after every use. Bottom paint and a full canvas cover were added in fall 2025. The boat includes one head.
