2025 Sea Pro 322 Offshore

The 2025 Sea Pro 322 Offshore is a 32-foot center console powered by twin Suzuki 350 HP engines. Built with a fiberglass hull and a beam of just over 10 feet, it combines solid offshore capability with a refined construction approach. The boat seats ten and includes a single head for onboard convenience.

Hull construction emphasizes durability and comfort. The hull sides and deck boxes are foam-filled and protected with a vinyl ester barrier coat to prevent osmotic blistering, which also reduces noise and improves insulation. Gel coating is applied to the hull and deck before the vinyl ester barrier coat is applied below the waterline. The capping knuckles and hull sides receive additional gel coating to protect the profile.

The stringer system is finished as a single piece and gel-coated throughout. Stringers are bonded to the hull using Methacrylate for a strong chemical connection, and full gel coating on all stringers prevents mold growth and eases maintenance.
