The 2025 Sun Tracker Bass Buggy 16 DLX is a 16-foot aluminum pontoon built for fishing and recreational boating. It features a Mercury FourStroke 50 ELPT engine and is constructed with high-buoyancy 24-inch multichambered pontoon logs, full-length longitudinal M-bracket supports, and a heavy-duty extruded Z-bar deck frame. The transom is all-aluminum box beam, and the pressure-treated 3/4-inch deck carries a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Precision construction includes plasma and laser-cut parts with robotic welding for consistency and durability.

The layout centers on a driver console with wraparound tinted windscreen, vertical rod holder, integrated storage, and 4:2 ratio no-feedback steering.
