The 2025 SunCatcher Fusion 324SS is a 24-foot pontoon built with a widebody design measuring 8 feet 6 inches across. The boat features three jumbo 23x25-inch performance logs with closed-cell flotation foam, a full-length under-deck performance shield, and performance lifting strakes. The deck is constructed with heavy-duty extrusions spaced 16 inches on center and through-bolted to the deck extrusions for structural integrity.

The layout centers around wrap-around lounge seating with under-seat storage, complemented by a custom stern lounge area with additional storage and a high-density foam pedestal table with molded cup holders. A built-in cooler sits under the starboard bow corner cushion, and roto-molded furniture includes a rain drain channel beneath the cushions for dry storage. The stern features a privacy enclosure suitable for a tanning deck or aft couch, accessed via a four-step curved aluminum boarding ladder.

Standard equipment includes a Yamaha outboard with Yamaha binnacle controls, analog gauges, and hydraulic steering. The console houses a Garmin ECHOMAP 53CV fish finder, speedometer, tachometer, trim gauge, and fuel gauge. Anodized deck rails and trim, navigation lights, docking lights, floor-level courtesy lights, and a Clarion audio system with four speakers round out the appointments. A contoured Bimini top with 1.25-inch aluminum frame and support provides shade, and the boat carries a 46-gallon fuel tank and includes ski tow rigging.
