2025 Thunder Jet 21 Chinook OS

The 2025 Thunder Jet 21 Chinook OS is a welded aluminum offshore fishing boat built for Pacific Northwest waters. At 21 feet long with an 8-foot beam, the hull features a progressive deep-V design with 16-degree deadrise, constructed from 5086 and 5052 aluminum alloy with a reinforced transom. The one-piece bottom and sides are stiffened with full-length stringers, reverse chine, and a welded keel guard for stability in rough conditions. Power comes from a single Yamaha 250 hp engine with a 25-inch shaft, delivering a cruising speed of 35 knots.

The boat is equipped with a half hardtop configuration, offering wind protection over the helm while keeping the rear cockpit open for working space. The self-draining cockpit runs 30 inches deep, with a full-width swim platform and transom fish locker. Two pedestal seats anchor the helm station, backed by bench seating with storage. The interior features marine vinyl and carpeted sidewalls, eight cup holders, a locking glove box, and storage compartments throughout. Standard electrical includes analog gauges, an automatic bilge pump, USB charging ports, and LED navigation lights.

The boat carries substantial fishing and navigation electronics: a Garmin 8612 XSV with Phantom Radar, Garmin Reactor 40 autopilot, Garmin 200 marine IP cameras (front and rear), M232 pan-and-tilt thermal camera, and a Garmin VHF 215 radio. A Minn Kota Quest Riptide trolling motor with self-deploy feature and handheld remote is paired with three Interstate LED deep-cycle batteries and a Humminbird charger.
