The 2025 Yamaha 255XD is a 24.5-foot jet-powered wakeboat built for serious water sports performance. It's powered by a single jet engine with 500 combined horsepower and equipped with Yamaha's DRiVE X technology, which includes drive-by-wire controls, an integrated ballast system, and electric wake enhancement. The hull is designed specifically for wakesurf and wakeboard performance, and the boat features an integrated swim platform with a stainless steel reboarding ladder at the stern.

The cockpit centers on an adjustable captain's chair with a flip-up bolster, paired with a passenger-side captain's chair. An aluminum folding wakeboard tower with tow hook dominates the layout for sports enthusiasts. Forward, a walk-through bow door leads to seating configurations built around removable bow filler inserts. The stern includes upholstered cushioned seats and backrests, a removable pedestal dinette table, and dedicated wet storage. An enclosed head compartment with wardrobe storage is fitted aft, alongside a galley with stow-in-place table.

Onboard technology includes a 12.3-inch touchscreen display with mapping, a Connext system with drive-by-wire controls, seven premium Hertz marine speakers plus two tower speakers, and wireless charging.
