The 2025 Yamaha WaveRunner VX Cruiser is a three-seat jet boat built from NanoXcel™ hull material with a V-hull design. At just over 11 feet long and 4 feet wide, it's compact and nimble on the water. Power comes from a fuel-injected 1049cc three-cylinder Yamaha engine with an 11.0:1 compression ratio, paired with direct-drive transmission and reverse capability. The jet pump features a stainless-steel impeller and axial-flow design.
The boat seats three and includes standard instrumentation with speedometer, tachometer, and trip odometer. Standard equipment encompasses a glove box with dash storage, rearview mirrors, and an integrated audio system with factory-installed Yamaha speakers. The fuel tank holds 18.5 gallons, while dedicated storage capacity is 4.7 cubic feet.
At 690 pounds dry weight, the VX Cruiser is light and responsive. It comes available in Black with Ice Blue. The engine runs on open-loop water cooling and meets standard emissions requirements. A 12-month warranty is included.
