The 2025 Yamaha WaveRunner GP is an 11-foot jet ski powered by a four-cylinder, four-stroke 1.9-liter marine engine producing approximately 200 horsepower. Built from Yamaha's NanoXcel hull material, it weighs just 714 pounds and reaches speeds of 65 to 67 mph. The boat holds 18.5 gallons of fuel and carries up to three riders.
The cockpit features a 4.3-inch Connext LCD touchscreen with Bluetooth connectivity, integrated audio speakers, and standard speedometer and tachometer gauges. Control systems include RiDE reverse technology with intuitive deceleration electronics, electric trim adjustment, and Launch Control to manage bow rise during acceleration. A no-wake mode and cruise control round out the operation features.
Comfort is prioritized with race-inspired ergonomics, deeper footwells, and a redesigned seat. Additional features include an automatic bilge pump and 28.4 gallons of storage capacity. The jet ski is cooled by an open-loop water system and starts electrically, with direct-drive transmission and an axial-flow pump.
