2026 Albemarle 45 Carolinian Fisharound Express

The 45 Carolinian represents Albemarle's evolution of their Express boat lineup, built with the classic Carolina hull design—flared bow, tumblehome, and soft broken sheer. The hull is vacuum infused with vinylester resin and foam core construction, with deck and fiberglass components bonded in Albemarle's signature one-piece method for structural strength and durability.

Three Mercury 600 hp engines deliver 1,800 total horsepower, providing fast cruising capability and shallow draft while freeing internal space for mechanical systems and living quarters. The helm features a standard rigid acrylic enclosure designed for visibility and to shed water in head seas, with hull shaping to cut through rough conditions and track softly through wave troughs.

The 45-footer combines fishing-focused design with livable cruising accommodations. The layout delivers abundant seating for fishing, hardworking deck space, and a surprisingly spacious single-cabin interior with a head suitable for extended time aboard. Joystick control is available on the helm systems.
