The 23CRX is a 21.7-foot center console built on a fiberglass hull. It runs a single 150 hp Suzuki outboard engine and features hydraulic steering for responsive handling. The helm is equipped with an SMG4 gauge for monitoring engine performance.

The boat carries comfortable accommodations for a day or overnight outing, with a forward bunk area and backrest seating. A bow sundeck with cushions provides additional lounging space. The T-top overhead offers weather protection and is fitted with spreader lights for visibility.
