The 2026 Alumaweld Adventurer 20 is a 20-foot aluminum runabout designed for fishing and open-water work. Its hull features a 14-degree deadrise with Alumaweld's Ride Master Vee bottom, engineered to handle both shallow water and chop while accommodating jet or propeller power up to 115 hp. The boat carries a maximum of five people with a 1,500-pound weight capacity and holds 38 gallons of fuel.

The boat is built with heavy-duty construction: a one-piece 0.160-inch aluminum bottom and 0.125-inch sidewalls, plus a 0.160-inch transom. High freeboard and wide coaming provide stability during fishing. The interior is finished with Aluma-Coat protective coating designed for tough use, backed by underfloor protective coating and sound insulation.

Standard equipment includes a welded fish box with thru-hull drain, full-length storage trays, foredeck locker, and an extra-wide transom tray.
