The 2026 Alumaweld Intruder 22 is a 24-foot 9-inch aluminum runabout engineered for year-round fishing and recreational use. The hull features a distinctive chine design and six lifting and turning strakes that help the boat plane quickly while shedding spray effectively. With an 18-degree deadrise and full-length strakes, the Intruder handles with responsive control in varied water conditions. The aluminum construction includes continuously welded box girder framing, with bottom thickness of 0.190 inches and 0.250-inch transom reinforcement for durability.

The layout prioritizes angler comfort and access. Two deluxe seats with lockable storage boxes anchor the helm area, while a welded walk-through windshield with starboard wiper provides clear visibility. A three-bow custom top with side curtains, back drop, and boot covers the forward section. Storage runs throughout—a foredeck locker with locking door, an aluminum rigging compartment with doors at the transom, and a transom fish box. The full coaming gunnel accepts mounting for downriggers, antennas, and rod holders.

Standard equipment includes a 60-gallon fuel tank with gauge, Armor Tech premium floorboards with Dura Tuff non-skid covering, and protective underfloor coating.
