The 2026 Alumaweld Talon 18 is an 18-foot aluminum runabout built for fishing and general recreational use. The boat features a heavy-gauge welded aluminum hull with a 14-degree bottom vee that delivers a smooth, dry ride. The hull incorporates engineered chining, bottom design, sidewall flare, and lifting strakes for comfortable handling across varied water conditions. Construction uses 0.160-inch bottom and 0.100-inch sidewall thickness throughout, with continuously welded box girder framing and under-floor protective coating.

The boat offers substantial storage across multiple locations: a welded fish box with lid in the bow, a foredeck locker with locking door, full-length storage trays running the length of the boat, storage beneath the aluminum fishing seats, a glove box, and transom storage. The helm features a deluxe dash panel with five switches, dual USB ports, and a 12-volt outlet, along with a welded aluminum windshield with a walkthrough door and full coaming aft.
