2026 Aquila 50 Yacht

The Aquila 50 is a modern motor catamaran built on a composite hull, measuring 52.46 feet in length with a 25.46-foot beam. Designed by VPLP Design, the hull features CFD-optimized lines for both performance and seakeeping comfort. The boat is powered by twin diesel engines—this example fitted with 1,100 horsepower Yanmar units—delivering a maximum speed of 22 knots and a cruising speed of 18 knots. The transmission is direct drive, and joystick control is included for ease of handling.

Accommodation spans four cabins, each with ensuite facilities and separate shower stalls. The saloon is an open, airy space that combines the galley with a two-person helm station. The galley includes a Corian countertop, refrigerator-freezer, microwave, and sink. A bathing platform with an integral ladder sits at the stern for water access.

Storage capacity includes 1,600 liters of fuel, 800 liters of fresh water, and 250 liters of blackwater holding. The boat is CE-certified for up to 30 persons and carries comfortable sleeping for ten or more. Additional equipment options include diesel generator, air conditioning, navigation systems with GPS and radar, underwater LED lighting, electric grill, and a comprehensive audio package.
