This 2026 Arkin Pruva is an electric solar catamaran currently under construction with the hull completed and engines installed. The 18.4-meter fiberglass design measures 10.2 meters across the beam with a draft of 1.2 meters and displaces 35 tons. Power comes from two electric motors rated from 100 kW up to 350 kW each, paired with a generator ranging from 25 kVA to 100 kVA with frequency-driven DC capability. The battery system stores between 150 and 280 kWh, complemented by an integrated solar installation producing up to 20 kW peak output.
The catamaran accommodates six cabins for private use. Fresh water capacity ranges from 500 to 1,000 liters, with hot water storage at 200 liters. Greywater and blackwater holding tanks each hold 400 liters. Climate control is provided by air-conditioning systems scalable from 58,000 to 150,000 BTU. Fuel capacity is specified between 500 and 1,000 liters for the auxiliary systems.
The design carries CE and RINA classification for a private yacht, confirming compliance with European and international maritime standards during its build phase.
