The 2026 Avid 23 Fusion is an aluminum bay boat built for inshore fishing in shallow coastal waters. Aluminum construction keeps the hull lightweight and resistant to corrosion, making it well-suited to saltwater use with minimal maintenance. The open layout prioritizes fishable deck space and provides a clean platform whether in the backcountry or nearshore waters.
Power comes from a Yamaha 200 SHO VMAX four-stroke engine paired with a PowerTech stainless steel prop. A Minn Kota Riptide Terrova trolling motor with 80-pound thrust provides precise boat control on the flats. The boat also features trim tabs with LED indication and a hydraulic jack plate for shallow water performance.
Equipment includes a Garmin 9-inch Echomap Plus with GT56 transducer for navigation and fish-finding, along with a single Minn Kota Raptor anchor with bracket mount. A three-bank Minn Kota charger supports the dual battery system. A Sunbrella bimini top in charcoal provides shade, and cast-aluminum railblaza rod holders are installed. The helm features a premium captain's chair with backrest and flip-up bolsters, and an anti-fatigue mat. ReFlex flooring covers the front and rear casting decks.
Additional features include a 50-quart K2 cooler with tie-downs, spare tire, stainless steel retractable tie-downs, and a two-axle trailer with disc brakes on the second axle.
