The Azimut Verve 42 is a 42-foot fiberglass motor yacht built around high-performance outboard propulsion and a hull design engineered for stability and speed. The hull features a deep V shape with two steps and a central stern tunnel—a design developed to improve longitudinal stability during high-speed turns while reducing water resistance. Three Mercury outboard engines, each rated at 400 or 450 horsepower, deliver a top speed of 45 knots. The design prioritizes a lightweight structure and responsive handling characteristics suited to dynamic boating.

The helm station includes a hull-side window that extends to the bulwark, offering sightlines across the water and to the wake. A side-folding bulwark doubles as a swimming platform, with a retractable ladder for water access. The boat is equipped with one cabin, one head, and designed for comfortable day running and overnight use.

The hull incorporates a Stepped V Ventilated Tunnel (SVVT) construction method, which works to maintain directional stability even under aggressive maneuvering.
