The Back Cove 412 is a 46-foot fiberglass motor yacht built on the proven 41 platform with a refined set of enhancements. The design introduces a remote helm fuel tank switching system, frameless direct-bonded pilothouse windows, and a full-height hinged helm door. The helm itself features a low-glare dashboard with black windshield mullions, while a new Glendinning cord reel manages the anchor system. The salon includes a sliding door with a power window option.
Propulsion comes from a Volvo D8 diesel engine rated at 600 horsepower. The D11 variant, producing 725 horsepower with Slow Speed Mode, is available as an alternative.
The cockpit has been updated with new cushioning and offers flexible seating: either an aft-facing seat paired with a grill cabinet, or two standard seats. The interior layout mirrors that of the original 41, maintaining a proven accommodations plan.
