The 2026 Barletta 23U is a 23-foot pontoon built around a flexible rear lounge that converts into five different seating configurations. The boat measures 8 feet across the beam and seats passengers across multiple zones, with front chaise lounges providing additional comfort. A Simrad 7-inch chartplotter and multifunction display sit at the helm alongside a highback, reclining captain's seat with swivel and slide adjustment.

Construction centers on 26-inch diameter pontoon tubes with a full-length solid keel, dual-stage lifting strakes, and an extended swim deck. The hull incorporates a reinforced nose cone, tube skirting, and a full-length underbelly skin. Internally, the boat features a hybrid crossmember configuration combining box and I-beam elements, along with vibration isolation pads and reinforcement in the stern tubes. The 20-inch transom supports stair-step boarding ladders with stainless steel handles, and exterior wave tamers run the full length outside the tubes.

The interior offers an Amore Gray deck and underseat storage with vents.
