The Bay Rider 21 Offshore is a 21-foot center console built on a fiberglass hull with a single Yamaha 200 hp outboard engine. The design reflects the heritage and construction standards Bay Rider is known for, incorporating current building techniques and marine-grade hardware throughout.

The boat features a forward seating package and an open deck layout centered around the console. A deluxe fiberglass T-top with integrated Lumitec LED lighting provides weather protection and visibility. The helm is equipped with a Garmin 1243xsv chartplotter, Yamaha CL5 digital gauges, and Garmin digital switching for engine control. SeaStar hydraulic steering ensures responsive handling.

Equipment includes Bennett trim tabs with auto-retract function for optimized running angles, a raw water washdown system for ease of cleaning, and a Wet Sounds stereo system.
