2026 Beneteau First 60
About This Yacht
The Beneteau First 60 is a 62-foot performance cruiser unveiled in 2026 as the newest and largest model in Beneteau's First series. Designed by Biscontini Yacht Design with interior and exterior styling by Lorenzo Argento, the yacht combines responsive sailing characteristics with refined cruising comfort. A single 150 hp Yammer diesel engine powers the fiberglass hull, which displaces approximately 22,280 kg and carries 500 liters of fuel and 860 liters of freshwater.
Deck and cockpit layout emphasize purposeful sailing and comfort. The design incorporates a central Winch Island, captive mainsheet winch, and Park Avenue boom, with ergonomic helm positioning developed around natural sailing posture. The cockpit is organized into distinct zones for sailing, dining, and relaxation, allowing crew and guests to move freely while working sails or enjoying time at sea.
Below deck, the interior layout centers on a main salon with forward-facing navigation station and seating area, complemented by a full-beam galley offering extensive work surfaces and storage. The owner's cabin features a walk-around bed and natural light from panoramic views. Three spacious cabins and three en-suite heads support family and guest accommodations, creating comfortable living spaces for extended cruising or passages.
The First 60 performs equally as a spirited coastal cruiser and capable offshore voyager, with options for a performance mast and larger sail areas available to tailor the sailing plan to owner preference.
