2026 BlackJack 256 Coastal

The 2026 BlackJack 256 Coastal is a 24-foot fiberglass bay boat built to bridge inshore and offshore fishing. Powered by a single Mercury 400-horsepower V10 engine, it delivers the performance and capability expected from the BlackJack line while maintaining the shallow-water handling suited to coastal work.

The design centers on versatility. A three-piece construction supports a deeper casting deck and open aft platform for offshore conditions, while the layout remains friendly for bay and inshore fishing. Optional removable forward seating lets the boat transition from dedicated fishing platform to a day cruiser for family outings. The 8.5-foot beam provides a stable platform across both mission profiles.

The fit-out is comprehensive. The boat includes dual forward insulated fish boxes and a third center in-floor fish box with thru-hull drain, plus an insulated forward baitwell with recirculator and clear acrylic cover. Rod storage runs under the gunwales on both sides for up to six rods. The leaning post includes a livewell and four additional rod holders. Navigation and control features consist of hydraulic tilt steering with stainless steel wheel, LED courtesy and navigation lights meeting offshore regs, and a 6-gauge trolling motor harness with circuit breaker and tilt trim switch. Storage is integrated throughout: anchor locker, hatches with LED compartment lights and gas shocks, under-console battery storage, and bucket storage in the rear bilge area. The forward console incorporates a YETI cooler seat and large dashboard for electronics.
