The 2026 Boston Whaler 170 Montauk is a 17-foot center console built to handle fishing, cruising, and shallow-water exploration. Powered by a Mercury 115-horsepower engine, it reaches speeds up to 33 mph and cruises at 23 mph. The fiberglass hull carries a maximum capacity of seven people and holds 25 gallons of fuel, with an optional 12-gallon livewell for live bait.

The open layout centers on a helm console with a reversible pilot seat, stainless steel steering wheel, and Mercury binnacle controls. SmartCraft digital gauges display engine data, while hydraulic steering and circuit-breaker protection govern operation. Lockable storage in the console and partitioned helm storage provide organization for gear and supplies.
