2026 Boston Whaler 220 Dauntless

The 2026 Boston Whaler 220 Dauntless is a 22-foot center console built on Boston Whaler's Unibond fiberglass hull construction. Powered by a single Mercury 250 XL V8 engine with 250 horsepower, this boat combines inshore fishing capability with open water stability and family cruising versatility in a single platform.

The layout centers on a spacious helm with a fiberglass hardtop featuring dome lighting, rod holders, and integrated watersports tow point. A deluxe leaning post fitted with a 30-gallon livewell, stainless steel rod holders, and raw water washdown occupies the stern. Bow cushions provide seating forward. The console includes a glove box and dedicated gauging for integrated Mercury SmartCraft electronics.

Navigation and fishing electronics include a 12-inch Simrad NSX multifunction display with GPS, chart plotter, and integrated fishfinder, paired with an Active Imaging 3-in-1 transom-mounted transducer and C-Map Discover X North America/Canada chart card. A 4-inch Vessel View display network integrates with the primary system. Entertainment is provided by a JL Audio stereo with AM/FM, four waterproof speakers, and Bluetooth connectivity.

Additional fitted equipment includes a white rub rail with stainless steel insert, three battery boxes wired for a trolling motor, and provisions for internal wiring infrastructure. The boat is equipped with a single gasoline fuel tank.
