The 2026 Boston Whaler 280 Outrage is a 28-foot center console built for serious offshore fishing and open-water performance. Twin Mercury engines producing 600 horsepower drive the boat, while integrated Simrad navigation and control systems support both fishing and cruising operations. A portside dive door is built into the hull for water access, and the boat can be equipped with optional hardtop configurations featuring a full-glass windshield, floodlights, and life-jacket storage.

The layout centers on an open, uncluttered deck plan. The bow holds a generous lounge with armrest and social seating, with storage beneath. The helm station offers optional deluxe seating with an adjustable captain's chair and stationary companion seat. The aft fishing deck features a leaning post with bait-prep counter, 30-gallon livewell, two large fish boxes, and a comfortable bench that folds away to create additional fighting room.

The fiberglass hull measures 28 feet in length with a 9.33-foot beam. A single head is included in the layout. Optional equipment includes a Seakeeper gyro-stabilizing system for enhanced ride quality in rough conditions.
