2026 Carolina Skiff 178 JLS

The Carolina Skiff 178 JLS is a 17-foot center console built on a modified V-hull with a full liner for a smooth, stable ride. Twin outboard engines power this compact boat, which handles well in shallow water and works equally at home in bays, creeks, rivers, and open water. The boat accommodates up to five people and carries an 18-gallon live well.

The 178 JLS comes with diamond-pleated upholstery, stainless steel hardware, and molded-in storage compartments throughout the cockpit. A telescoping three-step stern ladder makes water access straightforward. Practical and comfortable without excess, the boat is built to fish or cruise with equal capability.

The boat is rated for 115 horsepower. A trailer is available separately.
