The 2026 Carolina Skiff 21 LS is a center console fishing boat built on a fully composite fiberglass hull with a molded liner and foam-core transom. It runs a single 150-horsepower Suzuki Stealth outboard and comes equipped with a Load Rite trailer. The boat features a powder-coated T-top with hard top, hydraulic steering, and grey diamond-pleated upholstery throughout the seating areas.

The layout centers on a helm console with tilt steering, instrumentation for speed, fuel, voltage, and RPM, and an adjustable seat with cooler frame. The bow holds a molded anchor locker, fishing seat with 11-inch pole, and battery storage for a trolling motor; a 12/24V plug powers auxiliary electric motors. Rod holders are positioned at the bow (six flush-mount) and console (six more). Storage includes a removable 70-quart cooler, molded compartments with overboard drains, and a cargo bag.

The stern carries an 18-gallon bait well, twin jump seats, grab handles, and a swim platform with a three-step telescopic ladder. A raw water washdown system serves the deck, and operational systems include an 1100-gallon-per-hour bilge pump and 800-gallon-per-hour aerator pump. The deck is non-skid fiberglass with stainless steel hardware throughout—bow eyes, stern eyes, flip-up cleats, grab rails, and cup holders. Navigation lighting includes plug-in LED bow and stern lights.
